Wayne Jack Solomon

Wayne Jack Solomon passed away May 2, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He was born July 11, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Russell LaMar Solomon and Emma Griffith Solomon.

Oh Wayne-O, how you loved the outdoors: fishing, hunting, camping – all on a mountain high.  We hope you are enjoying all of this with some Grateful Dead tunes.

He is survived by sisters Kelli and Shawna; quite a few beautiful nieces; a couple nephews, including Michael who has been a loving caretaker for you since 2017- keeping you as healthy as could be.

He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, sister Luella Monson and brother Russell Solomon, Jr.

A viewing will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Affordable Funerals and Cremations located at 4387 South 500 West, Murray, Utah 84123.

We are sure Wayne would love us to remember him in the outdoors “High” and on the mountains.  Everyone go take a fishing day, plant some tomatoes and pepper plants.  That’s what he would like.
