Sorry for your loss. Roy was always a nice person with everyone. He had a great sense oh humor and he was always smiling or laughing. I was one of his many friends from the Chicano Student Association at the U, back in the ’70’s.

We have been neighbors of Roy ever since he moved to Truman Avenue and are saddened to hear of his passing. We, unfortunately, didn’t find out about his death until late Saturday after his memorial service. Roy was a good neighbor. He always had a friendly greeting, a smile or a wave. He will be missed. Sincere condolences to the family.

I will miss Roy’s gentle nature. I enjoyed his good laugh and dancing with him in the Utah Ballet Folklorico. He was a smooth dancer. I appreciated his friendship.
