Angye Goff Lancaster

Angye Goff Lancaster returned to her Heavenly Father and was reunited with her loving father Max, on September 13th; after being injured the previous week in a motorcycle accident. Angye always had a light around her, a light we all get to carry with us from now on. Her attitude of mischief and love of all things scary, led to her nickname of Trouble. Her tough spirit and kind heart were evident from the moment you met her.

Angye was born on December 17th 1974 to Max and Darlene Goff. The youngest of 5 siblings, she was quickly found to have a caring heart that was quick to help. Brothers Bert and Leland, along with sisters Robyn and Sonya all grew up in Riverton, Utah and attended Bingham High School. She married Josh Lancaster in 2001 and later was Sealed in the St. George Temple.

She has been blessed with 5 children. Phil, Jonathon, Tabitha, Serra and Duane (DJ) have brought so much joy to her life. She has also been adopted as Aunt Angye by Axel Macomber and countless other of her friends children over the years. She has been active in the community by doing toy drives around Christmas and fund raising for various charities  with her second family, the Celtic Crusaders Riding Club. Some of her fondest memories were spent in the service of others.

Angyes Services will be at the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Wardhouse located at 700 East Telegraph Washington, UT.We are going to have a viewing on Wednesday September 16th from 6 to 8 pm and another on Thursday September 17th from 11 to 12:30. The Funeral will follow the viewing at 1pm. Internment will be at the Washington Cemetery at 300 Park View Dr, Washington, UT.

We will be having a motorcycle procession from the Church to the Cemetery. We would like everyone involved in the procession to exercise caution in transit and be prepared for a wait as we may have a large group.

    Dear Josh and family,

Dennis and I are so very sorry for the loss of your wife, friend and mother. Angye was one of kind and we will forever miss hearing that contagious laugh of hers.

There is comfort in knowing she has been reunited with her beloved Dad and her brother-in-law, Colby. Heaven gained another angel, even if her nick name is Trouble.

    We much love…

As you fly to the father fear not for his loving arms await you and as he holds you in his arm the love you feel will radiate for heaven to your family below.

    Dear Josh and Family,

I have not had the opportunity to meet Angye , but I have heard about her and have prayed ever since the accident for Josh and Angye, and the rest of the Lancaster family.
I am so sorry for your loss, specially after already losing Colby, who I know very well, Michelle is my niece, I did come to his funeral and met some of the family there.
My heart aches for you all, may Heavenly Father give you all the strength to go on, know that He loves you and is aware of you pain, and sadness, may His healing love and arms surround you.
    Colby’s Aunt Jannette
